Interim Anesthesia Group Management

 

In many cases it is necessary to transition the management of your anesthesia group or supplement the group with professional management in order to protect your anesthesia investment. Term, onsite presence and transition

 

The HPS interim management solution can be tailored to meet your needs. For larger groups, the most effective solution is generally for onsite interim management three to four days per week during the term of the engagement, inclusive of travel time. When not on site, management will be available via phone and e-mail.
