Term, onsite presence and transition
The HPS interim management solution can
be tailored to meet your needs. For
larger groups, the most effective
solution is generally for onsite interim
management three to four days per week
during the term of the engagement,
inclusive of travel time. When not on
site, management will be available via
phone and e-mail. Once permanent
management is recruited, HPS will work
to transition all knowledge to the new
hire, ensuring that the benefits of the
interim management period are maintained
